Monster Loop: Beast God Reincarnation Beginner's Guide (JP)

Monster Loop: Beast God Reincarnation is Japan-only. How the free-pull loop, beast-god heroes, awakening and city systems work, and whether to start.

Monster Loop: Beast God Reincarnation has no English client, no global store listing, and no announced overseas version. It launched in Japan on August 27, 2026, and every menu is Japanese. Decide whether that is acceptable before you install, because the game will not meet you halfway.

The pitch is unusual: clear stages, earn pull tickets from the clears, and collect beast versions of Three Kingdoms generals. If you can live with the language barrier, the loop is generous enough to be worth learning.

The free-pull loop

The game auto-battles stages, including offline, and each cleared stage grants a gacha ticket. That is the whole economy: progress creates pulls, and pulls create progress.

The marketing calls it infinite gacha, but the honest version is simpler. Tickets come from clears, so pushing one more stage is worth more than hoarding. If you stop pushing, your pull supply stops with you.

Decision rule: when you have ten minutes, spend them pushing stages rather than rerolling banners. The stage clear is the resource.

First week: class, ultimates and bags

You choose one of three classes for the protagonist: Warrior, Archer or Strategist. Class change is available later for an item cost, so the first choice is not permanent.

GameWith's launch guide recommends Warrior early, because low HP causes team wipes before damage becomes the problem. That is a durable rule for a new account: survive first, optimize later.

Your protagonist can equip up to three ultimates, drawn from stratagem bags. The bags come in four colors with different contents:

Bag colorWhat it mainly givesWhen to open
BlueCurrencyEarly, to raise bag level
PurpleCurrency and hero evolution stonesEarly, to raise bag level
OrangeEquipmentAfter bag level is high
RedUltimatesAfter bag level is high

Bags have their own level, and a higher bag level improves the odds of rarer contents. That creates an order: open blue and purple first to raise the bag level, then open the orange and red bags you have saved.

Decision rule: if your team dies in the first seconds of a stage, switch to Warrior before upgrading damage. If you are surviving but not killing, the problem is your ultimates, not your class.

Beast-god heroes and awakening

The roster is built from Three Kingdoms generals reimagined as beasts. The three confirmed names are Guan Yu as a red-eyed lion king, Zhang Fei as an armored bear, and Diao Chan as a nine-tailed fox. The game leans on the contrast between famous generals and cute animal forms; it is the main reason the game exists.

Progression runs through team placement, star-up and five-element spirit upgrades. Awakening is the long-term step that pushes a hero past its normal ceiling.

Decision rule: build one carry to its first awakening before spreading stars across the roster. The stage loop feeds your pulls, and one strong carry keeps the loop moving. A roster of evenly leveled heroes stalls at the first wall.

Do not expect a published tier list to help. The game is too new for a stable one, and this guide will not invent names it cannot verify.

City management: what to touch daily

The city side has three named systems worth checking: the quarry, farm stealing and the stables. The stables train mounts, and collecting mounts unlocks a codex that buffs the whole team.

There is also an escort dispatch system, documented by GameWith, where you send heroes out for items and can raid other players' escorts. It has a daily limit on raids, and raiding is a PvP action.

Decision rule: check the stables and quarry once per session, and skip farm stealing or escort raiding if it requires a fight you cannot win. The city is a supplement to the stage loop, not a second job.

Should an English player bother?

Only if you are comfortable with machine translation and a Japanese store account. There is no English client and no announced global version. The store listing is Japanese, the tutorial is Japanese, and the systems that matter (bag levels, ultimates, awakening, city management) are text-heavy enough that icons alone will not carry you.

The loop itself is legible. Auto-battle, tickets on clear, stars on heroes: you can see all of that without reading. The decisions are where the language bites.

Decision rule: if you cannot read enough Japanese to tell an ultimate from a piece of equipment, skip the game. If you can, or if you are willing to run a translator over every new menu, it is playable.

Before you spend

Paid packs run from 320 to 15,800 yen, and the Android build carries ads. There is an exchange-code field that takes eight characters, but no publicly confirmed active code exists as of this writing.

Decision rule: do not buy a pack in week one to catch up. The pull supply is stage-based, so the cheapest way to get stronger is to clear more stages, not to buy tickets.

How this page was checked

Written for Mini Game Guides and last verified on Oct 23, 2026. Store names, release dates and platform availability were checked against the official listing; gameplay advice is based on the mechanics described on that listing and the sources below. If a code or a reward is not confirmed, it is not printed.
